The goal was to communicate complex content clearly, concisely, and with strong impact — under the challenging conditions of one of World´s largest intralogistics trade fairs.
The challenge: a dense trade fair environment, high noise levels, and an audience that largely decides on the run whether to stop or not. At the same time, the product shows had to be repeated at short intervals throughout the day — without losing energy, clarity, or impact.
To meet these demands, the product shows were conceptually developed, dramaturgically sharpened, and scripted specifically for the trade fair environment. The content focused on clear key messages with high relevance for the audience, strong openings, and a dynamic structure designed to capture and hold attention. In addition, the product experts received individual speaker coaching, preparing them for performance, stage presence, and repeatability.
The result: shows that perform in the trade fair environment — precise, motivating, and impactful, even when repeated every ten minutes, right in the midst of LogiMAT´s intense trade fair environment.
